Processing Times
Because all of out items are handmade, in-stock items will be shipped with-in 3-4 business days. For special order items, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your order to be created and shipped.
Shipping
We currently ship anywhere in the United States and Canada. We currently do not ship internationally outside of North America at this time.
Currently delivery services are experiencing delays in regards to the delivery of packages. Normal shipping times are an estimate and not a guarantee.
Returns
If you're not happy with your purchase, we want to make it right. You can return or exchange your item for up to 30 days after purchase (date shipped for online orders).
- Items must be in their original condition and contain all original packaging.
- All refunds are credited to the same tender as the original purchase.
- Credit and Debit Cards - The same account will be credited.
- Cash - Refunds will be made in cash or Venmo.
- Gift Card - Refunds will be given in the form of a new gift card. Gift cards cannot be returned (except where required by law*).
- Merchandise Accompanied by a Gift Receipt: You may exchange your item for merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date.
